Determining the curve with the quickest descent under gravitational force alone

چکیده
Abstract Various curvatures can be drawn between two different points. However, what curve will yield the fastest descent for an object to travel from higher point lower under force of gravity alone? This essay utilizes theoretical methods such as calculus, optimization, and parametric equations experimental approaches show that a - shaped like cycloid descent. conclusion has practical applications design roller coaster trajectories along with other entertainment facilities.
